The Paca Cooler is designed to attach to boats, it loads from the top, and people then grab beverages from the bottom opening slightly above the water level. Paca Cooler's adjustable strap with clip, can hang on boat railings, brackets, beams, cleats, poles, towers, etc. making it the best cooler for enjoying your time at the sandbar or swimming near the boat with friends or family.
